Lovely, historic inn with all the accompanying charm. An ample room with comfortable bed; slept like a log. Friendly and helpful staff. Most enjoyable pianist/vocalist (Fri & Sat). Both thumbs up!

Neat very old hotel. Been in service since the late 1800’s. The elevator is only in use when you have a trained employee to operate. The rooms do not have a microwave but did have a small refrigerator. It was comfortable and quiet.

My family and I were stranded in Brandon after a car accident, which led us to stay in The Brandon Inn for 2 nights. The staff and hospitality were out of this world. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with great TVs and comfortable beds. During such a stressful time, when they could not, this Inn extended so much kindness and understanding. And I could not get over how cute and nicely it was decorated for the holidays.

Overall, this is quite a nice hotel. Even though it's located near the center of town it's quiet, clean and the ambiance is nostalgic. The staff were all quite helpful and pleasant. The only area for improvement I noticed was the shower; clawfoot-tub, small, clinging shower-curtain, lack of hot water for more than a few minutes. Other than that...Enjoy your stay!

Wow what a cute hotel. I’m here for the holidays and checked in on Christmas Evening. Enclosed outdoor front area, nice little bar. It’s in the heart of Brandon with local shops within walking distance. Small cafe next door and Walgreens right across the street. I hope to explore the cute little town more tomorrow in the daytime. So far A+ with friendly staff

Stayed at the inn for a couple of nights. I enjoyed the experience and very much recommend it. The building is, of course, old and historic, and marvelous to check out. There are lots of treasures stashed in every corner. It's as much a museum as inn. My room was warm and comfortable even during this really cold mid-winter. The inn overall was cool -- old building and all. Although I'm not very much into continental breakfasts, it was fresh food, invitingly arranged. The breakfast space itself was pretty cool. You won't find anything like it at Motel 87. There's also a breakfast diner 3 or 4 doors down the street. Staff were great. I saw several signs that staff pay attention to detail, and that is important. Brandon is an interesting place to hang out too. I say that even though some key restaurants and the town historical museum were not open on the days I was there. I would definitely visit again, and recommend it to anyone who wants to actually touch down in Vermont rather than merely fly through.

The staff members were all friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious (10 stars for the scones!) and the room was large and delightful. A very nice surprise was that there was no scented air freshener, no scented products hiding in the room. I really appreciate that! And the wonderful feeling of kindness among the guests.

It was one of the most quaint and hospitable inn's that we stayed in on our 2-week trip through the New England countryside. Todd was absolutely great behind the bar and answering any questions that we had. The rooms were very spacious and the amenities were excellent. The Continental breakfast and the pastries were off the chart. I would recommend this stop for anybody that's in Vermont and be prepared for a paranormal experience as our friends had. Again five stars hands down.
